Kari Jepang!

Thanks to Bobbyjudo, I've perfected my japanese curry!! The pics below were taken during my third attempt in making the curry and I must say it tasted just how I remember a Japanese curry made using the curry roux should taste like. YATTA!!!

Oh, why am I blogging about this and not about Ligno Bitoech as I promised in my previous entry? Because I'm hungry.....
