Stir fry some garlics first, then I will stir fry you roughly, because I know you like it rough oh yeah~ When you look a bit weak and soft from all the beatings, I will pour some oyster sauce. Oyster sauce will enhance the sweetness, in you.... Oh yeah, stir fried bok choy in oyster sauce. You can do the same with cabbage too, oh yeah~ Don't know what the heck is bok choy? Since when got part 1 part 2? I don't know but since I'm the blog owner I can do pretty much everything LOL wth. But you gotta agree with me morning is indeed the best time. Good son. =P My parents were on their way to send bro and sister to tuition when my dad suddenly remembered about the roti gulung that my lil brother wanted. I saw three sausages on a pan. I was about to eat those before my dad told me those were for the roti gulung. I was still a bit blur, roti gulung?  Sore wa nani?(what's that? = P)  My dad taught me how to make roti gulung. He explained it really well, that I was able to understand and take on the challenge to prepare roti gulung for my little brat Hafiz. Ah..today feels a bit lethargic..a bit sluggish. Even the traffics to this blog is unusually low. I guess everyone must be feeling tired after watching the parade live or staying up late at night. Nevertheless, Happy Independence Day Malaysia. Everyone else got different Merdeka stories of their own versions told on their respective blogs. Me? Well, mine is about the same. I will go on that later today. Heh. Anyway, my mom has started making biskut raya few days ago. We made Biskut Cornflakes first. Then later at night, my mom and my sister made Biskut Cornflakes Madu. And then Samprit (correct or not the spelling? =P) and just now they finished making Chocolate Chip Cookies. Not like the cookies I made. Look different. I don't know about your side, but here in Kerteh, it's pretty hot. It's not that bright, pretty cloudy, but still hot. Maybe I'm still adapting to the weather here (ayat poyo! UWEEEKKK!) =P This kind of weather, how I wish I could have a bite on Apple Crumble. When I was in Gippsland I enjoyed having those apple cakes, apple pies served in those iftars with the other Muslims who are from India and Pakistan mostly. Sometimes my housemate, would make apple cake, and would top the cake with cream. Nice! But early this year, my housemate no longer there as he has graduated and I got this cravings for apple cake, apple pie and apple crumble. But I got to say, apple crumble is my favourite. It's easy to make, and doesn't take a lot of your time. Plus, no egg used for those of you who don't like egg. hehehe So, I thought, why not share this recipe. I've been looking for recipes on the net for the past few days now that everyone is in the mood to make some kuih raya, biskut raya. Heh. Yesterday when we were in Kuantan, got a couple of baking stuffs - butters, caster sugars, icing sugars and some other things that I don't remember. Oh, two boxes of cornflakes (or was it three?) Anyway, I'm sure we will be making it some time next week. Hehehe.. Last time when I was in Australia, I always went to myresipi.com or Auntie Liza's blog for recipes. Being away from home, and in a place not so Asian, I always chose the one that is easy and needs not that many ingredients. Not that complicated, and the ingredients are not the rare one as you can still get the ingredients listed from the supermarket in Australia. Well, not masak-masak really. But, bakar-bakar. =P Because I want to share with you fellow readers my Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe. The one that I modified from the biskut cornflakes recipe my mom gave me two years ago. =P Resipi Chocolate Chip Cookies Sempena Ramadhan dan Syawal akan datang~ =P Oh, let me go check if I got any pictures of the cookies or not...dang..I guess I always forgot to take pics of those cookies!! ARGHHH Let's not waste our time, we can always grab any random pics from the net anyway. =P Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 cup of caster sugar 1 cup of brown sugar 250 grams of butter 2 cups of self raising flour 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional too) Chocolate chips! (instead of a box of cereals) Mix the butter with caster and brown sugar. Beat the ingredients until it becomes fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla. Followed by flour, mix it evenly. Add in the chocolate chips! XD Then roll the dough into round balls. Bake the round doughs...

Since my post on the kuih raya, biskut raya , I thought, why not share the recipe of Biskut Cornflakes. Probably while I'm at it, I should also share my famous Dan's recipe LOL I mean chocolate chip cookies. So, I digged in my laptop looking for the Word document my adik sent to me 2 years ago.
