By the way, pretty sure in any English writing examination it is not acceptable, grammatically speaking to write "we all". So, adik-adik silalah tulis "all of us". If memory serves me right, lah kan? I was just wondering aimlessly on Facebook trying to find something interesting on my news feed when suddenly I saw this - Lukey Now, that certainly caught my eyes! I googled but no relevant hit came,there's only the real time news on twitter. And so it is true that there was an earthquake in the northeastern part of Myanmar. The tremor was so strong that the buildings in Bangkok were shaken by it! The news is out on CNN but I only got to read about the news from here . Then I realised what an idiot I was, could have just checked CNN what! And from what I read, Myanmar was hit by earthquakes twice - the first one at 7 magnitude, followed by a 4.8 magnitude quake. I hope that nothing serious happened like in Japan. Oh, worry not, there won't be any tsunami since the quakes took place inland and not anywhere near the coast or in the open sea.  I hope.. 0____0

When I first read my friend's facebook status about how strong the earthquake was just now, I was like huh? Then I remembered something - she's studying in Japan! From her status, it seemed like the tremor was waaaayy beyond words. And that status of her, I read some time ago. .. .. All of a sudden 2 hours ago, my facebook news feed was flooded (sort of) with all the news about the earthquake in Japan. Apparently, tsunami alerts have been sent to all the countries neighbouring Japan. Even Google has taken the initiative to spread the words. Lately, there has been a lot of natural disasters happening around the world. Am I prepared?

Wah, I am pretty outdated since I only found out that there was an earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand. I have some friends studying in New Zealand, and I know few of them are in Christchurch. I just pray and hope that they are not affected by the disaster. Why not America? Well, since I'm a Malaysian who is in Malaysia at the moment, I think it would be good to say God Bless Malaysia instead of America. Speaking of which, I think you guys must have heard and known about the 'Ground Zero Mosque'. But a few days ago, when I keyed in Obama, this search suggestion appeared - There's "obama mosque ground zero", "obama muslim" and "obama games". The idea of setting up a mosque few blocks away from the ground zero where 9/11 terrorist attack happened has been facing protests and oppositions from many parties. But there are others who back the project. Those who oppose the ground zero mosque cry that the victims of 9/11 are not being respected, families of those victimes will be hurt with the project.
