Sounds kinda like Sex And The City, yeah? Hahaha. Well, it's been almost 4 months here, and I think I'm pretty much used to the life here. Though I keep on comparing this place with Kerteh, then, with Melbourne, Gippsland. Yeah, it's always been the case of the grass is greener on the other side.
Last time when I was still in Gippy, the gf was like, "I miss playing badminton at Kurnai Hall, I miss cooking, I miss this and that" and I told her to be grateful that she got to be with her family back, at home. Now I'm the one that keeps looking at my old photos back when I was in uni and keep saying "Oh man, I wanna do that, this, get thinner like last time and all that stuffs".
Like I said just now, the grass is always greener on the other side. Cross that, the grass was, is and will always be greener on the other side.
Don't you agree?
With that said however, I shall remind myself to be grateful that I live in Malaysia. With so many things happening around the globe, I really am lucky to be in Malaysia. At least, for now the problems haven't escalated to the points that we all need to resort to violence. Words of advice, don't make the last resort as your only option. Not a smart thing to do.

My very first encounter with a wallaby in the wild. Jungle trekking at the Morwell National Park in 2007 with Zoon and the Bricks. |
