I watched the final match between Malaysia Koo Kien Keat-Tan Boon Heong against some Indians that I don't think worth mentioning. (Yeah baby! When it comes to badminton I'm a completely the opposite humble modest Danial you guys know! WHAHHAHAHHA)
Man, Koo Kien Keat gave me a scare - he was completely rushing to I don't know where, all disorganised, and sometimes going for the shuttle at the same time as Tan Boon Heong. Though it was the second set and they were just 2 points away from winning the gold, it sure took those top pair really long to wrap up the game.
Come on guys! No China, and Indonesia here! So, give them no chance to strike back okay??
Btw, the official sites of Commonwealth Games 2010 sucks. There is no latest news on badminton wth. The last news on badminton on the site was on 4th October, with the title 'India beat Kenya 5-0'. =___=
Nevertheless, I found another news article about Malaysia winning the gold medal in the team event of badminton. Shocking to hear Mew Choo lost to Saina Nehwal in India, which gave India 1 point. Thank god Malaysia won 3-1, thanks to Lee Chong Wei, Tan Boon Heong-Koo Kien Keat and the newly formed mixed double pair, Koo-Chin. Lee Chong Wei seemed to be in a tough situation in the first set against the young Indian shuttler but showed the difference between their skills in the second set. heheheh, that's the way Dato' !
hehehehe
