Do you want to lose weight?

Yes! You know you feel good when your weight is in the safe range. What is your weight at the moment?

How now??

That's the way!! So, start eating healthy diet, exercise regularly. Okay? ;)

p/s: A motivational post dedicated to yours truly, in his effort to lose some weight. 5kg would be a good start. =) All the best to those who are trying to live healthier lifestyles too.

i lost almost 9 kg 4 month ago..but now it gain again!! huhhhh

mantap! saya semenjak 3 hari ni dah exercise regularly. tadi gi jogging kejap. kejap je, 20 min hahaha. boleh aa skit2. nak angkat besi kene bayor.. =/

sekarang dah naik dah sikit kat muke ni. aku tak suke la. hahaha. tengok gambar masa kat uni, rasa nak balik ke uni semula! XP

tu la masalahnya bila dok ngan mak dan kita ni jenis pemakan...tapi akak ni..tak dok ngan family pun dah gedabak mcm ni..

akak plan nak masuk gym semula..lebih dr 3 bulan dah tinggalkan...

haha kak ja, masuk la balik gym. kat tempat saya n, ade satu je. nak daftar, kene daftar untuk semua; golf la, skuasy, renang, tennis, dan macam2 lagi. =/

mizz sue, sekarang ni berat dah naik sket. gambar slim tu masa tengah study dulu kat australia. hehe
