Kalau Kau Bulan Aku

"Apa la budak ni. Dah pakai tudung buat lah cara pakai tudung. Sama je aku tengok dengan perangai lama dia!"

"Amende yang ko duk membebel ni, siak?" Daney mencelah, buat-buat tanya sebab dah berapa kali member dia, Tengku Adib membebel seorang diri, seolah-olah mengumpan Daney untuk join in conversation.

"Ni ha, pompuan ni dulu aku kenal dowh. Masa sekolah dulu. Oklah cun juga, tapi badan kurus sangat masa tu. Satu lagi tak pakai tudung, sebab dia stail wild and free camtu ha," Tengku Adib menjelaskan latar belakang cerita.

"Oooo..jadinya?" Daney bertanya, kali ni sedikit berminat nak tahu lebih lanjut.

"Tak ah, sekarang dah pakai tudung, tapi perangai sama je aku tengok, wild and free."

"Apa yang dia buat, dok, sampai kau tak puas hati benor ni?" Daney bertanya lagi.

"Ni ha, ada kawan dia tag gambar diorang gi bridal shower member diorang. Wah, meriah habis kau!"

"Hmmm...."

"Apa kejadah banyak sangat produk kecantikan ni? LuPuteh la, Terlajak Laku la. Rimas dowh aku. Ni pompuan-pompuan la nak sangat kulit putih gebu, licin la apa la. Just be yourself sudah!" Ikhwan berleter, sedikit fedup dengan iklan-iklan sebegitu rupa di TV. Daney dan Tengku Adib yang tengah khusyuk dengan smartphone masing-masing buat bodoh.

"Ala bro, biarlah. Orang cari makan."Tengku Adib menyahut.

Selang beberapa minit...

"Mak aih, kau muka camni ada hati nak kat hero cerita. Kahkahkahkah! Memang la ramai menghalang cinta korang! Kahkahkahkah!" Kali ni Ikhwan duk layan drama Maghrib di TV.

"Bro, bro, pukul 3 aku, pukul 3 aku. Chick detected." Daney memberi koordinat sasaran mengeteh mereka petang itu.

"Hmm..okay aa. Tapi tak pakai tudung bro." Ikhwan membalas.
"Ala, tu belakang kira."

"Pukul 11 aku, pukul 11 aku."

"Hmm..apasal labuh sangat. Tak berkenan aku, macam ustazah pulak."
"Hahaha, masuk Daie ke apa."

"......."

Aku lama dah perasan. Susah gila jadi perempuan zaman ni.
Kau cantik pon orang cakap macam-macam.
Kau kurang sikit cantik pon orang cakap.
Kalau tak cantik (ikut persepsi masyarakat) lagi la orang duk cakap.

Kau free hair, orang duk cakap.
Kau tudung biasa, pon orang duk bercakap lagi.
Kau bertudung, niqah, purdah, aik! Lagi duk bercakap!

Kau kurus, orang tak suka,
Kau biasa, sedang-sedang pon orang tak suka.
Kau gemuk, lagilah orang duk cakap tak suka.

Kau tinggi, susah nak kahwin katanya.
Kau rendah, nanti anak pendek pulak, balasnya.
Kau sedang-sedang, dia kata nanti pakai heels tinggi dari aku.

Sabaq la. Beauty is in the eyes of beholder. Asal kau tahu apa yang kau nak, terus sahaja kamu.

Reconnect: My Journey Back to Blogging

Hello, fellow travel enthusiasts and friends of Malaysian adventures! It's been an incredible journey, one that saw me take an unexpected hiatus from blogging for more than three years. Life happened (more like COVID happened) —responsibilities, changes, and personal growth—but one thing remained constant: my love for exploring the beauty and diversity of Malaysia. With power to put Dillan on my back, comes great responsibility! Today, I'm excited to announce my return to the world of  blogging. It's a bit like revisiting an old friend and reminiscing about unforgettable experiences. As I dust off my keyboard and sift through the memories of past travels, I can't wait to reconnect with all of you and share new adventures. Reflecting on the Past During my hiatus, I took the time to recharge, reflect, and embark on new journeys, both physically and emotionally. I've explored different aspects of life, including my passion for raising awareness about autism, delved de

Hang Tuah The Animation?

Woah, woah! Read this at beautifulnara about a three way agreements signed by Japanese anime studio Gonzo (Blood: The Last Vampire), Malaysian animation studio Funcel and Malaysia's National Film Development Corporation to produce Hang Tuah the animation! The protagonists....maybe? The antagonists...look so.. It sounds cool to me at first but I am being a bit skeptic about having non Malaysians to make an anime out of this legendary warriors, Hang Tuah and his friends. What more, I wonder are the voice actors gonna be Japanese too? I remember watching Silat Lagenda. That was awesome for our technology that time. But I think I shouldn't be all negative about Gonzo studio animating Hang Tuah because it's a collaboration....I think? Well, you guys can read more here and here . hehehehe
