I hate the feeling that I have lost half a day to sleeping. Wake up, and suddenly have this guilt plus laziness, all combined together. If there was only guilt it would have been much easier to wake up and start doing things. But when I feel lazy at the same time, I tend to sleep more. Perhaps in denial that I have lost half a day and thought that it was all just a dream. Heh...
